Chesterton House

A Center for Christian Studies at Cornell

Faculty

In the 1990s, Christian Anible played an instrumental role in convening the Cornell Christian Faculty Staff group at Cornell. Christian worked with InterVarsity Graduate/ Faculty ministries and was a founding board member of Chesterton House. Since the time Christian passed away in 2007, the group has become inactive (except for an email list).  Chesterton House continued to host the Upstate NY Christian faculty conference in 2009 (with Mark Noll) and 2011 (with Ted Davis).

Until a more substantive faculty ministry begins again, we are always happy to hear from faculty members, especially from prospective and new faculty members.

"Christians in the academy are called especially to manifest that part of the Great Commandment of loving God 'with all your mind.'  Chesterton House is here to help us grow into that calling."

Dr. Gary Fick, Chair, Cornell Christian Faculty/Staff Forum
